Unibo · Process

Analysis → design → rollout → operation

Four stages, each with a clear timeline. You always know which stage you are in.

01 — Process

We deliver it in four stages

01

Audit and needs

1–3 days

Data sources, security requirements and use cases are defined.

02

Pilot or PoC

1–3 weeks

A working prototype is built on selected documents and real questions.

03

Integration

as agreed

Connected to the internal network, roles, APIs, RAG and whichever systems are needed.

04

Go-live

ongoing

Monitoring, refinement and rollout across the company. Support runs for six months, or for the term agreed in the contract.

02 — Rollout stages

From pilot to the whole company

A large rollout does not start all at once. First a small environment goes live, then the number of users grows step by step.

Stage 1

Developer environment

One server, one GPU. The model, document search and integrations are tested here.

Stage 2

100 users — pilot

One department runs fully: permissions, auditing and real load are all tested.

Stage 3

Full rollout

Rolled out across the whole company with GPU queuing, department-level data separation and backups.

03 — How the model is trained

Changing numbers are never written into the model.

Fast-changing data such as rates, tariffs, limits and fees is never baked into the model — it is fetched from a document or an API at the moment it is asked for. The model learns to hold the conversation, understand the question and follow the rules.

01

Sector scenarios

Each sector is prepared separately: banking and finance, telecom operators, government bodies and services, data digitisation centres — each with its own terminology, rules and document formats.

02

Step by step

It starts with the Uzbek language and general conversation, then the domain work, then tool and API calls are added.

03

Safety and exceptions

A separate stage: cases where a rule is broken, data is missing, or the matter has to go to a human operator.

The next step

Which data, which process — we work it out together.

We start with a pilot: sources, security requirements and use cases become clear in one conversation. The first consultation is free.
